He is a Tanba Brewers’ Guild and writer of "SAKETIMES".

He used to working at Japanese Sushi restaurant at Washington DC by 2000.

He try to spend the Sake culture and "Tanba SAKE making song.
The song was derived from Hyogo prefecture to all over Japan.

It was fulfilled the role of guidance and It was makes to get to new method to making Japanese sake.

However the song to be decline now because the song's singer is old so they can't sing anymore.
Mr. Yuji Minato try to leave to the Sake history and songs. He Performed performances at Japanese restaurant and Cherry Blossom Festival  in Washington  DC .

Now he try to make a rice of sake and some of veges in country side.

So he can attend to not only Sake Factory but also farm experience too.
