What does “Neigetsu” mean?

Neigetsu is a pseudonym of Sachie Hotsuki.
When written in Chinese characters,
“Neigetsu” contains two letters and each one has its means.
“Nei(寧)” stands for “politeness” or “peacefulness”.
“Getsu (月)” is simply “the moon.
